Preparing for Reinstallation

1. For each list you wish to keep, export it to a separate .vsh file.

   • Ensure each list is in the All view before exporting.

2. Note your SplashShopper Desktop app registration code (found in the About screen).

Uninstalling the Windows Desktop App

1. Exit the Desktop app.

2. Uninstall SplashShopper PC Desktop app the same way you uninstall other Windows apps.

3. Rename the folder:

   • From: \Documents\SplashData\SplashShopper

   • To: \Documents\SplashData\SplashShopper.old

Cleaning the Windows Registry

1. Open the Registry Editor:

   • Windows 7 or older: Go to Start Menu > Run

   • Windows 8/8.1: Open the Start screen

   • Any version: Press Windows Key + R, type regedit, and press Enter (confirm any UAC prompts).

2. Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/SplashData/

3. Delete the folder named SplashShopper Desktop.

4. Exit the Registry Editor.

Reinstalling the iOS App

1. Delete the SplashShopper iOS app from your iPhone, iPod, or iPad.

2. Reinstall it from the iOS App Store.

Reinstalling the Windows Desktop App

1. Download the installer here: SplashShopper Desktop for Windows

2. Install the Desktop app.

3. Establish sync between the Desktop app and your iOS app.

4. Restore each of your saved .vsh files.

5. Sync again to complete the setup.
