How to Reset SplashID Android and Restore Data with Cloud Sync?

Reset SplashID Safe Android - Cloud sync

If your SplashID data is safely stored in the cloud, you can reset the Android app without losing your records.

Steps to Reset and Restore

  1. To be cautious, first create a backup of your data. Use one of the Export or Backup features in the Settings menu of the SplashID app.

  2. Delete the SplashID Android app and reinstall it to clear all local data.

    • Alternatively, go to System settings > Apps > SplashID > Clear Data.

  3. Open SplashID on your Android device and log in with the same email and password you normally use. Your records and license will sync back from the cloud.
