How to Reinstall SplashID iOS App and Restore Your Data?

If your SplashID records are intact on the Web app, you don’t need to worry about losing data when deleting the iOS app. You can safely reinstall the app and restore your information from the cloud.​​

Step 1: Verify Your Records

Log in to the SplashID Web app from a desktop browser (PC or Mac) to confirm your data is available:

Step 2: Reinstall the App

Delete the SplashID iOS app from your device and reinstall it from the App Store.

Step 3: Restore Your Data

Open the reinstalled app and log in with the same email and password as before. Your records will sync back from the cloud, and your license will continue to work properly.
