Reset SplashID Safe iOS - WiFi sync
If you have good records in your SplashID Desktop app for Mac or Windows, you can reset your SplashID iOS app and restore data from the desktop app by following these steps.
Steps to Reset and Restore

Delete the SplashID iOS app and reinstall it from the App Store.

Open SplashID on your iOS device and log in with the same email and password used in your desktop app.

In the SplashID Desktop app, go to Options/Preferences > Account. Under Local WiFi Sync, select Desktop overwrites device and close the settings screen.

Perform a WiFi sync from the iOS app with the SplashID Desktop app. Your records from the desktop app will be restored to your iOS device.
