SplashID PC Desktop 8.3.x - Middle pane missing
Issue
In the SplashID Windows PC Desktop app (version 8.3.x), the middle pane containing the record list and search box may sometimes be missing. This issue does not affect older versions such as 7.2.4. The cause is still being investigated, and a permanent fix will be released in the future.
Workaround
If the middle pane is missing, follow these steps:

Locate the vertical slider to the right of the middle pane (just left of the rightmost pane).

Drag the slider to the left until the middle pane reappears.
