Go to Settings > Manage.
Tap Backup and confirm the prompt to erase the latest backup.
Optionally, you can export your data in vID or SVID format to Dropbox. A free Dropbox account is required.
From Settings, tap Account Info.
Select Account Status & Sync Method.
Change the method to Local WiFi Sync.
Tap Done in the top-right corner to confirm and return to the Account Info screen.
Go into Account Status & Sync Method again.
Change the method back to Cloud Sync.
Tap Done to confirm.
Return to the Settings screen, then to your record list, and wait for the Cloud Sync to complete.
Open a desktop web browser and log in to the SplashID 8.4.0 Web app using the same email address (all lowercase) as in your Android app: https://splashid.com/login.php.
Supported browsers include Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Brave, and Safari on Mac. Do not use mobile browsers on iOS/iPadOS or Android for this step.
