SplashID Safe 8.4.x/9.x iOS/iPadOS app fails/closes and will not run

PROBLEM: After working fine for a while, my SplashID Safe 8.4.x iPhone/iPad/iPod touch app or SplashID Pro 9.x iPhone/iPad/iPod touch app is freezing and/or crashing/closing when I try to run it, going back to the iOS/iPadOS device Home screen, or is showing a black/blank screen. 
When I try to close then run the app again, it crashes or freezes the same way.


SOLUTION: This is a known issue with our mobile app and other iOS/iPadOS apps too, when you run too many iOS/iPadOS apps at once, and/or have not restarted your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch device for a while.
To fix this issue, please try this:
* Quit all apps on your iPhone/iPad/iPod, so nothing is running - including SplashID Safe iOS/iPadOS app.
To quit the apps, please see here: 
* Then please wait 5 minutes and restart your mobile device:
* Then please try running the SplashID Safe iOS/iPadOS app again, and it should now work fine and not freeze/crash any more.
