SplashID Safe Lifetime/Lifetime Gift payments not working

PROBLEM: I am trying to purchase a Lifetime license/Lifetime Gift license from the November 2022 discounted offers, but after trying to pay with all fields filled in properly, the page gets blanked out (all fields cleared) or I get an Error 500. How do I fix this, please?
