Unlocking / unblocking your SplashID Safe/SplashID Pro account

Please create a support ticket or send an email to support@splashid.com from your SplashID Safe account email address for your account block to be removed.

Please make sure it mentions if the locked account is version 8.x (SplashID Safe), or version 9.x (SplashID Pro 9).
