Unlocking / unblocking your SplashID Safe/SplashID Pro account
PROBLEM: My SplashID Safe 8.x account or SplashID Pro 9.x account was locked, and I received a message I must contact tech support to unlock it.
My 8.4.x app shows this -->
Desktop app

Mobile app
What shall I do to resolve this?
SOLUTION: Please create a
support ticket by filling our Submit case form HERE or
send us an email to
account@splashdata.com from your SplashID Safe account email address for your account block to be removed. You can use a 2nd/other email address too but if so please list the actual email address used for our apps explicitly in your email text.
Please make sure it mentions if the locked account is version 8.x (
SplashID Safe), or version 9.x (
SplashID Pro 9).
(Also, only for new 9.x apps there is an automatic unlock system after 1 hour, so waiting will get you unlocked too.)
