SplashID Pro 9 is our biggest upgrade in years! Here’s a quick look at the highlights:

Top New Features

  • Bigger notes – unlimited notes per record (10,000 characters each).

  • More attachments – up to 5 files per record (2 MB each).

  • Password recovery – reset safely with a Recovery Kit.

  • Tags & search – organize with custom tags + search icons by keyword.

  • Archive & Deleted sections – hide old records or restore deleted ones.

  • 2-Factor Authentication – now supports apps like Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.

  • Biometric login – Windows Hello (face/fingerprint) + Mac Touch ID.

  • PIN unlock – use a short PIN or your password/biometrics.

  • Unlimited fields – add or remove fields as you wish.

  • Easier desktop apps – download via Microsoft Store (Windows) & Mac App Store (macOS).

Getting Started

  1. Download apps → splashid.com/download
    (Requires Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, iOS 11+, Android 6.0+)

  2. Create a new account (old 8.x logins won’t work).

    • Use the same email (lowercase).

    • Password must be 8+ characters, include letters & numbers, and no spaces.

  3. Migrate your data → Migration Guide

  4. Web app login → app.splashid.com
